How To Lose Middle Age Spread

It is a tragic fact that Women over 40 are struggling to keep on top of their weight, youth and desirability, primarily because they have given up even trying, due to lack of honest advice disguised as the diet business. Losing weight until you look great,the size you should be, then maintaining that healthy natural body weight, is easily attainable for anyone willing to listen, then do the work it takes to achieve it.

The natural healthy body weight for a woman is achieved by consuming 2000 calories per day and as long as you keep consistent with that figure, your figure will automatically appear because you will never gain weight only compliments. If you eat just one chocolate biscuit, 100 calories, over your daily 2000, for a year period, without exercising, you will gain weight, so understanding this simple fact, is where you must begin your journey.

The next time you put on a dress, look in the mirror and hate what you see because you look like a potatoes, the massive bloated middle without a waist, recognise you don't have to look like that, if you are just prepared to eat less and think more. Go to the supermarket and shop for fresh fruit and vegetables, salads and pulses, nuts and olives, cheese, eggs, brown bread and brown rice, then cook healthy and tasty meals that are not calorific but high in vitamins, the ingredients needed for looking youthful.

To get the Hollywood body, which in reality is how we should all look, slim, toned and healthy, is all about watching what we eat and drink, as well as how much we eat and drink, regardless of excuses and blind denial. In middle age our metabolism slows down, so eating what you like is no longer an option, if you want a slim figure more!
