Weight Loss Life Coaching

If you are one of those many people who are always saying

" I have tried everything to lose weight"

The Hollywood Look For Less say, you have not tried weight loss life coaching, otherwise you would be thin! Losing weight and feeling great is not about dieting because diets never work, its about changing the way you think. The truth is you have to want to be thin more than you want to eat that big fat cream cake.

If you are at your wits end, always feeling depressed and never able to get off the yo yo dieting bandwagon, it is time to face yourself in the mirror and admit you now need some help.

Weight loss life coaching is about being able to understand why you eat so much and learning how to change your patterns for life. The way to start is by changing one thing you do religiously everyday, like having a cup of tea or coffee first thing to get you moving. Tomorrow when you wake up have some lemon tea instead. It may taste terrible to begin with but after 4 weeks you will be used to it and no longer crave your caffeine fix and you will begin to feel and look so much better.

Second Hand Chic Christian Louboutin

OMG The Hollywood Look For Less have now found the most amazing piece of secondhand luxury to date hidden away in a charity shop. This Friday we were out and about rummaging through rails of secondhand chic, at the same time trying to support local charity shops, when we came across a pair of brand new designer shoes still in the box.

Blue satin Christian Louboutin heels to die for and at the amazing price of only £49, thanks to Barnardo's in Shirley Birmingham. With money very tight right now, shopping for new is just not a sensible option when you can discover such amazing secondhand finds in the local charity shop/thrift store.

Thank you so much to the lady who had the heart to give away something so wonderful to Barnardo's, we just love them.

If you want to have something unique and cheap yet designer and unattainable in reality, check out your local charity shops and be persistent, you never know what you might find.
